ESTATE-OFFER.EU is an international multilingual advertising and promotion internet portal designed to advertise properties and to promote real estate businesses such as real estate agents, construction companies, land surveyors, property valuers, project designers and architects.
Free advertising enables property owners to advertise up to 5 properties at the same time. These advertisements are free of all fees and include limited access to some of the services presented below.
All property listings are automatically shown in several languages which increases the likelihood of selling or renting to overseas clients.
The Operator: The Estate-Offer.eu internet portal and online services available at www.estate-offer.eu and www.reality-service.eu are operated by VIVATT, s.r.o., Company Reg. No: 44 234 741, Tax Reg. No: 2022641676, Registered address Strieborné námestie 2, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia.
The Client signifies every legal entity or natural person using both paid and/or unpaid services of the Estate-Offer.eu internet portal.
The whole content of the Estate-Offer.eu portal and the content shown on addresses related to the portal and on other websites and servers to which this content is supplied or shown based on presentation on the portal is owned by VIVATT, s.r.o. and is protected by copyright and by other respective legal regulations. The content denotes texts, articles, pictures, web designs, graphs, tools, calculators and other publicly accessible and password protected tools which are the property of the Operator or their contractual partners.
The Operator shall not be responsible for the content presented in the profiles of clients, in advertisements, promotional banners or discussion comments and shall not be obliged to examine the veracity of facts stated by clients. The Operator reserves the right to remove, at their discretion, such comments, advertising, client profiles, promotional material, texts or images inserted by clients which do not relate to the subject matter of the Estate-Offer.eu portal and any content that contradicts the purposes of the Operator or violates effective legal regulations, moral principles or good practice.
The Client undertakes to present only such information regarding themselves, services offered and offers advertised on the Estate-Offer.eu website that is true, up-to-date and is related to the subject matter of the Estate-Offer.eu portal. The Client undertakes not to make multiple listings of the same offer nor abuse the advertising space by inserting their logo in the space designated for property pictures.
The Client guarantees that they only use registered trademarks to which they are entitled. The Client guarantees that pictures used by them do not violate copyright or other relevant legal regulations. The Client is fully responsible for the content of their promotional and advertising space. The Client is obliged to preserve their access details on their space in such a way as to prevent their abuse by third parties.
Should the above provisions be severely violated by the Client, the Operator is entitled to prohibit temporarily or permanently the access of such Client to the administration space and to prohibit the showing of all or some of the information presented by the Client in both their profile and in their advertising. In such instances the Operator is not in any way responsible for any future damages caused to the Client or potential third parties who may wish to make claims on this basis.
The Operator provides accessibility to published information and data by means of common technological equipment which, however, does not guarantee constantly faultless access to such data. For this reason, the Operator does not take responsibility for possible outage of information availability caused by any communication network failure.
Each Client presenting or advertising on Estate-Offer.eu portal confirms at the time of registration that they agree to the Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are effective from 18. January 2011.
