Registration and listing of properties on ESTATE-OFFER.EU is free
The charges for services provided are available at two levels:
Services available within the basic level:
- insertion in the list of active companies
- company representation by means of a business card with logo, contact details and brief description of services and products
- unlimited links to own website
- unlimited listings of properties on own listings page including pictures and a brief description which is automatically translated into several languages
- free advertising of 5 listings from own listings page on property browser
- direct contact details for the advertiser for each advertised property
- overview of advertised property viewings, number of clicks on their own website, etc.
This consists of the basic level extended by additional paid services which primarily include:
1 year of advertising free of charge
Annual fee for the above services is €50
The annual fee is payable one year following registration (or first log in) and then each following year only, however, if the client wishes to continue using the services of ESTATE-OFFER.EU.
Clients are informed of the upcoming annual fee payment due date one month prior to the expiry of one year’s advertising. Should the annual fee payment not be received by the due date, it will be assumed that the client is no longer interested in using our services or that the registered company no longer exists. The client’s information will be temporarily preserved on the list in a non-highlighted form and their listings page and profile will be made inaccessible. Should the annual fee remain unpaid for three months following the due payment date, no details will be shown. Once the annual fee has been paid, the account will be automatically renewed.
To simplify the price structure for services provided we have introduced a system of so-called credits which are attributed to a client’s credit account following their purchase. Based on the level selected and services ordered an exact number of credits will be deducted from their account on a daily basis.
Price of one credit (1 cr.) is €0.50
A detailed overview of their credit account is available to each client who can also, at any time, choose to use any other available services which most suit their requirements.
Payment for credits can be made via bank transfer or cash deposit to the operator’s bank account. Clients can complete and send an electronic order which should include information regarding the client and the operator necessary for issuing a future invoice.
When payment is credited to the operator’s account, clients are allocated an equivalent number of credits, which will then entitle them to unlimited property advertising on the browser and the opportunity to use the other services available.
